Accessing SmartComm

Authorized SmartComm users can access SmartComm from the SmartSolve portal.

1. From the SmartSolve portal, click the SmartComm tab.
   Result: The SmartComm options menu is displayed.
2. Select the applicable option from one of the following options categories:
   • Email Notification - to view email events, event history and notification event types.
   • PDF Reports - to view PDF reports for Task Approval or Reviews.
